Gravel Crusher Tour
Gravel Crusher Tour. We take an up close and personal look at this gravel crusher plant. Cool stuff.
Anyone who has been near a gravel crusher knows that sound, and anyone who has worked on one (I have not) likely has long since got tired of it!!
Working in a gravel pit, digging up pit run and dumping it onto the rock screen to begin the process of making it into something more valuable. A lot of noise, dust, and wearing parts to keep an eye on.

Transporting Giant Windmill Parts. We saw several loads of these giant windmill parts being transported on the highway through Montana. When we drove south we saw some, and then on our drive home, we got a chance to walk around them at a rest stop late in the day when they had parked for the night. These blades are about 90 paces long. Oversized load is an understatement! Check out my Instagram...

Robins Hatched and Grew Up So Fast. Found a nest in my logging truck, I followed them from eggs to leaving the nest. These baby robins grew up so fast. I even got some great video of the parents feeding them, I surprised to see the parents eating the babies poop after feeding them. I assume it's to keep predators from smelling the nest. It was an amazing little adventure, come follow along. Che...

I hope you feel this way because you don't eat meat. If you DO eat meat- this is how you get it. There certainly have been a few comments that were not in favor of the subject or content. It is strange to me how many people don’t understand where their food comes from. I don’t mind if people choose not to eat meat - or anything else for that matter. I also think people can make those choices for whatever reason they see fit, whether it be religious reasons or for other things like animal rights if they are so inclined.
Again no shout-out 😂
@2GringosOnTheGulf what? I tagged you in this one at least! It was recorded the same day, I wondered if it would show up, I tried to tag you in the description.

The music gives away exactly what kind of store this is. Also as someone who grew up in central cali this makes me homesick af
I thought it was cool! I'd like to try those things.
Lmfao
Proof of a country mouse in the city when they react like me hey?
Atleast keep this process out of sight from the cows in the background😢 must be horrific sight for those cows to witness😢😢
No, they don't care. From other comments I have learned that in Islam the other animals should not watch. In my 50 + years of being around cows and butchering animals I have never witnessed anything that would suggest cows recognize, care, or understand if another is being butchered. They do think and can be taught, and also do display a lot of instinctual behaviors including reacting sometimes when they smell blood. But as far as seeing another cow being butchered they are no more curious or concerned than when they see a plastic bag caught in a rose bush.
Smiths and Albertsons usually has these things and more!!!! Also Costco has a great variety of fruit, I’m not sure where but I got star fruit from one of the three I mentioned.
Maybe one day I'll get to try these things. thanks for watching.
Rambutan means "hairy". There is a big black seed in there - peel it right and the fruit looks like an eyeball alien.
Cool! hope I get a chance to try them.
Jackfruit is so good
Does it take some special preparation - or just cut it open & eat it like a watermelon?
You eat the cactus by slicing it into a hand with finger shape then put garlic salt on both sides and slap it on the grill
@merkedgg6322 right on. Maybe one day I'll have a chance to try it. Certainly don't see it in a grocery store in northern Alberta Canada where I live. I always love seeing and trying new things when I travel. Stay tuned for more!
In Cleveland all that is in most stores except the cactus 🌵. Although when in season we get the cactus fruit (prickly pear) which is amazing. Let get nice and ripe so it will be nice and sweet!
It sounds like something to watch for one day!
It’s so foreign to me as an American to see them so bewildered by these goods lol. This is a very normal grocery store in America lol
No it fucking isn't
Definitely not normal in my neck of the woods.
@@machinmon. cities I’ve lived in have all had these things. I know rural/rust belt stores definitely are limited, but I think more stores have what’s in the video than don’t
It’s very normal for smiths in Las Vegas and Albertsons

Thats a pretty normal grocery store in California
I wonder what I see at home that might be different for other people?
We have always shopped "ethnic" or independent grocery shops. They have great quality items that big box chain grocery stores. I live in Southern California, so one can get almost anything year round. And have enjoyed everything highlighted. Give it a try if one wants to be a little adverterous.
Every grocery store in Cali has these
@@zacharyregan8041 Not all, but most. If you are referring to big box chain markets, yes. Not everyone shops at big box chain grocery stores.
I think you are doing it right. the big stores don't need our support and don't care about us either.

I’m on my second day on a new job driving a dump truck with a quad and I’ve been a class one truck driver for 29 years and this is the most overwhelming hardest thing I’ve ever done. I have my supervisor at the site. Meet me when I get back and hop in my truck and teaches me how to do itand I still am not understanding. I wish they just put me on a trailer, but they’re not doing that. They put me in a quad right away.
Holy! I hope this video helped. I have another video of turning them around I'll try to post the link here for you. ruclips.net/video/NxavZz2aZwY/видео.html They're different for sure, but I think I prefer them, Some folks are terrified of them, but it's just a matter of remembering you are steering it with your converter not with your truck. Another really good thing about them compared to long trailers or things like a B train, is you don't NEED to get all straightened out like an arrow to start over again, all you need to do is get your converter pulled back into place, and start pushing it again with the back of your truck. I see lots of guys pull WAY ahead & try to keep it straight as an arrow. Way easier to pull ahead 10-15 feet & get the front back where it belongs & make your way back some more. It will become easier. I hope this helps / and makes sense? Let me know how you make out! I'll be happy to hear from you in a week saying you feel like a pro!
That's awesome, suddenly felt like i wanted needed to study butchery in NZ 😂 We have similar profession here called 'jagal sapi' except they are traditional because don't use much machinery which is inefficient

This is disgusting.
Well Jaye thanks for sharing your opinion. Perhaps you are judging what you see based on information from uninformed environmentalists or Disney, or maybe what you see is not like where you live, or think people should act? Here's the details if you care to consider these facts. Beavers here are not endangered, protected, or any such thing, they are literally considered a pest animal by the fish and wildlife association here. You may not believe it, but so much so, that there is a bounty offered by the government for killing them. I've had people comment from other parts of the world where there is a hefty fine for harming beavers or even disturbing their habitat. I can assure you that is NOT the case here. There is a government employed animal pest control officer who makes his job removing unwanted beavers. Beavers don't live in the dam, they live in a lodge usually in the middle of the pond away from most predators. Beavers also never stop building dams and creating more and more backed up flood water, as well as destroying lots of trees that can be used for wind shelter or habitat for other animals. This dam - it turns out had no beavers there anyway! I returned expecting to see a repaired dam only to find it empty. I made a video of exploring the abandoned beaver house with my kids if you care to watch it, it's pinned to the top comment of this video. The particulars of THIS dam are: As a result of ongoing expansion, this dam caused flooding in 3 directions covering pasture, hay land and crop land, with a combined loss of approximately 4 or 500 acres. Hope this explanation helps, and I hope you have the courtesy to read it and consider a different perspective. Maybe I misunderstood your comment and you meant the editing job was disgusting? - it was bad I admit. If you made it this far- Thank you again for sharing your opinion. I just enjoy posting things that are different from what many people ever see, entertaining, or both.
@@lovesloudcars What f’ed up state are you from?

Question from someone who isn’t a butcher to anyone who knows the answer: if you want to sell the skin for leather is there any specific removal technique different to what is shown in this video? Just curious.
Mostly don't damage it by cutting through the hide as you're skinning it. Slaughter plants have clamps that hold the hide and pull it off almost like a sock inside out. My great grandfather had a friend who skinned buffalo that way, by pulling it off with a team of horses. Some critters for fur it's not split down the belly, but kept like a tube. Others like crocodile they split the back because the belly is the most valuable. Hope that helps? Thanks for watching and for your comment my friend. Stay tuned for more content.
That’s very interesting, thank you for taking the time to reply.

Sir that is not a channel lock that is an adjustable wrench and if you want to get full technical it is called a crescent wrench
Not really. Crescent is the brand name everyone uses to refer to an adjustable wrench (including myself always). As it says on the handle, this one was built by Channellock. I have a couple pairs of side cutters also made by them. It's funny how brand names become synonymous with particular things. I have a few sets of Channellock pliers made by other companies but always refer to them as that, where they're probably technically called something else like "adjustable pliers " I have a pair of "Channellock " pliers I carry on my belt every day made by Knipex. I hope you have had the good fortune of finding a great tool somewhere. Thanks for watching my friend stay tuned for more.
